Hi Gale,

This server is an ancient and inefficient server.  To avoid the garbage in
outgoing e-mails, you must send in plain text only.  Setting this up in your
e-mail clients is as varied as the clients themselves, but similarities
exist.

Using Outlook Express:

1.  go to your address book;
2.  highlight the address for Blind Hams;
3.  click file/properties;
4.  use your tab key to highlight the box that says "send using plain text
only" and check that box by pressing the space bar;
5.   press enter to close the properties dialogue and save the new settings.

Now you won't have any problems with the gibberish included in your outgoing
posts.
