hmm... makes me wonder how many kids are diagnosed with adhd and other things and put on serious drugs when it could be something as simple as food reactions.  :(  No doubt because slapping a label on them & prescribing drugs is easier than taking the time to examine the relationship between diet and behavior in a young child...

  For such dramatic results, it can't possibly be a mere "theory".

  Have you tried keeping a food log for a few days?  To try to connect the foods with the behaviors?
