There used to be a cough syrup/expectorant that was specifically labeled
"Lactose free".
The druggist tells me that is no longer on the label.
There are sugar-free, alcohol free etc but he knows of no specific lactose
free.
The inert ingredients in all of these include "flavor". Just what does  that
encompass?
I'm sick enough from the antibiotic. Don't need more problems.
