Hi all,

 

A follow up to my earlier post, my sister is going to take my 4 year old
twin niece and nephew who were just diagnosed via a blood test to Dr.
Fasano (yippee!!)  in Baltimore - but can't get in until mid-Jan.  She
is wondering if she should go GF with the kids now or wait until the
visit in case he wants to do an endoscopy.  Any thoughts?  I will
summarize.
