This is in the area of West Point and Woodbury Common (outlet shopping), about 1 hour NW of New York City.  I learned about them from the dedicated gluten-free bakery in nearby Chester, which supplies them with breadcrumbs and pasta.  I recently visited them on Memorial Day weekend.  They were willing to adapt almost anything on the menu for me and seemed very aware of steps needed to avoid cross-contamination (e.g., separate fryers and separate kettles for boiling pasta).  Had coconut shrimp for the first time!  Highly recommended.
