I'm curious about what got you interested in kefir, Inci, given that it's
a dairy product and therefore not Paleo according to the leading Paleo
advocates like Cordain, Audette and S. Boyd Eaton. There are some near-
Paleo gurus like Price, Pottenger, Fallon and Enig who
advocate "traditional diets" that include dairy products. Is that the "way
of eating" (WOE) that you follow?
Of course, there are disagreements among Paleo advocates, with Eaton
allowing for some consumption of thoroughly cooked legumes, whereas
Cordain and Audette do not consider legumes Paleo at all. Do you consider
yourself a follower of the Paleo WOE, and just disagree with the gurus on
dairy, or perhaps just cultured dairy like kefir and yogurt?
