Restore Shortcuts
If a shortcut that you want is removed, follow these steps
to restore the shortcut: 1. On the desktop, double-click the
Unused Desktop Shortcuts folder. The Unused Desktop
Shortcuts dialog box is displayed.

NOTE: If the Unused Desktop Shortcuts dialog box is
maximized, click the Restore Down button (appears to the
left of the red Close button).
2. Drag the shortcut that you want to the Windows desktop.
3. Close the Unused Desktop Shortcuts dialog box.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Retrieving unused desktop items

Hi Everyone, On my laptop which is running Windows XP with
JAWS 6.20 I need to retrieve some desktop items. My
computer told me that certain desktop icons weren't being
used so I clicked to remove them. Well what the computer
thought I wasn't using didn't coincide with what I was using
so now half my icons are in the unused icon on the desktop.
How can I put back the ones I want? Thanks for any help,
Judy
