I do have food sensitivities to paleo foods like eggs, almonds, brazil nuts
(paleo?), zucchini, garlic, and onion. Those were detected by blood test. I
have also become intolerant to cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, and
cabbage. It was suggested to me that it could be the naturally occurring
sulfur in those veggies???

Perhaps you have a food sensitivity to something you are still eating.
Most food sensitivities are to the non-paleo foods like grains and dairy,
but some people could have them to nuts, eggs, fish, or the various kinds
of meats.
When I eat the wrong things (for me it's dairy, grains, sugar or
chocolate) I'm
just hungry every minute of the day that I'm not actually stuffed with
food. When I omit those things, I can be satisfied with a smallish meal
of 4-6 oz. meat, veggies, etc. Once in a while I have a big meat meal,
when I feel like it, but most are smaller.
I am very subject to hypoglycemia, but I think for me it is associated with
dairy and grains. Recently I've been eating fruit for breakfast, and
most surprisingly do NOT have a sugar crash before lunch.

p.s. it was me that mentioned not running as the only kind of exercise.
