We can get Beeler's bacon from Whole Foods and Vitamin Cottage here;
chemical-free.  Very good.  But not as good as the fresh side pork
I got from the organic 4-H pork I bought last fall.  No salt, no sugar,
just plain delicious.  Beats bacon any day.
