The blender has a grinding option and it grinds them pretty finely. Sometimes there are small chunks inside the blender that are whole seeds broken only in half. However, 80% of the seeds are ground into tiny particles.
I assume this is good enough to get the nurtitional benefit?
Also, any ideas on how much one should consume?

Does the blender actually pulverize the flaxseed? If not, do you chew
it? If the seeds are going in whole, there's a pretty good chance they
come out that way, too.
