Have you tried to stay in ketosis for any length of
time? It seems to me that if a person is a fat-burner
rather than a sugar-burner that they shouldn't wake up
at night. I woke up last night briefly and then went
back to sleep. When I woke up in the morning I felt
pretty weak. I used a ketostix and was in ketosis.
Going down to essentially 0 carbs (if I don't count
broccoli, asparagus, etc.) has resulted in me losing
some weight. Since I don't have much extra weight be
begin with losing weight is always a concern for me.
Have you (or anyone else) worked through switching
your metabolism from sugar-burning to fat-burning?

I've had that problem during times when i've been in
ketosis. Can't sleep through the night.
