I find cooked tomatoes; grilled, steamed, broiled to be tolerant.  Raw are
less tolerant (read joint pain) for me.  I think the cooking allows for more
bioavailability of the nutrients and a breakdown of whatever toxins might be
involved in my particular case......  Oliva
