A minor point with this.  A low carb diet must include *sufficient*
protein.  I'll go back to Rosedale's recommendation of an average of
3-4 pack-of-card-sized portions a day.  "Lots" of protein will lead to
gluconeogenisis and will break you out of ketosis.
