I find tests like that completely impossible to answer. Have no idea
what my preferences are because I cannot answer any of those questions.

For example, how the heck do you answer these:
"If you ate a large salad with some low-fat meat like chicken breast for
lunch (versus higher fat meat like a hamburger patty), how would it
affect your productivity throughout the rest of the afternoon?"

(uhh sorry but my body is not that sensitive to any food to give me an
answer to this, chances are I could ate pretty much anything and feel
fine, i go paleo for long-term effects)

or this one
"When you eat a lot of red meat does it cause you to lose or gain body
fat? Do you look slimmer in the mirror or is it easier for your clothes
to fit?"

I've always been pretty lean (only 23 atm) and switching what i eat
hasnt really had any effect on my body size or composition nor would
eating more/less red meat have any effect. Always been able to eat
anything I want and feel fine. Often people on the list or other places
seem to say "eating x makes me feel y". Am I the only one that can't
use my bodys reaction to foods to infer what my carb/fat/protein intake
should be?
