Hiya,
I have two different kinds of coconut oil, mainly because the virgin coconut
oil flavor (Tropical Traditions) is too strong to cook most things in. I
use it in curries or whenever I want that flavor, but more often just toss a
spoonful in the blender when making smoothies or whole juices. I use
expeller pressed coconut oil (Omega Nutrition or Spectrum Natural) for other
cooking uses - it has no discernable taste.
