Lynn,

Many have already commented on this post so I will just add what I
have noticed from my own experience. May it will be useful to you
and maybe not; we all have our own unique needs and preferences.

I found that eating a some animal fat at each meal makes a
difference. For breakfast I eat include hamburger, for lunch I
usually eat pork chop or lamb roast. For dinner I eat less fatty
meat usually - turkey or fish more recently but usually sautee the
veggies I eat in goose fat. Also, I like to use bone broths to
simmer veggies in place of water or as soup. If I eat an early
dinner and get hungry at night I like to eat pork chop or some kind
of poultry.
