On March 20, Capital Public Radio's "Insight" show -- a public affairs,
NPR-affiliate based in Sacramento -- interviewed OAC Chair Linford Gayle.

The interview revealed some of the compelling personal and professional
life experiences of Chair Gayle, including his stigma-busting mental
health history.  You may download the podcast of this radio show to your
computer with the procedure that follows this message.  We hope you
enjoy the program. Chair Gayle believes it was a positive development in
the MHSA goal of stigma reduction.

To Download:

1.  Go to www.capradio.org <http://www.capradio.org/> (

2.  In middle left of screen, click on "Podcasts".
3.  In middle of screen, click on "Insight".
4.  In left of screen, under recent shows, click on "March 20, Linford
Gayle..."
5.  In middle of screen, under Thursday, March 20, 2008, click on
"Listen to Archive".
6.  In middle of Audio Player on screen, click on "download
audio". Windows media player should appear on your screen.  Wait for 
download and then play.
