Oh, Angel, your querry about praying through is a good one. I always felt
it was just another one of those Pentacostal Power Christian-ese things,
however, there is a feeling of urgency beyond belief in certain situations,
and praying through has come to mean to me that when that urgency overwhelms
me, I pray and I do not stop till it goes away. Usually there is a peace
that passes all understanding accompanied by this letting up of the urgency.
God may speak to you in actual words--perhaps not a voice--but thoughts will
come to your mind in words that you can know. Or, perhaps, the peace that
flows through you at that time will be enough. God will have spoken to you
wordlessly through His presence.

It's an absolubely unique experience when God enfolds you in His peace as He
sometimes does after a serious incident in your life that brings you to your
face before Him. Angel, it's really a Christian term meaning to hang on
through the circumstances and pray for resolution. God will give it to you.

In The SonLight of God's Love,

April
