Cindy,
You have to do the following:
1. Log on to http://67.19.231.218/v4/login.asp?r=2dd647b0
2. Click on the only link available which is to download the chat software
by clicking on it, Pressing the Save As button. When you save it, take note
of where it shows you are saving it, or you can press the browse button to
change where you want it saved so you can find it later.
3. Once you have the software downloaded, go to where it is saved and click
on the file. I think it is tconfreencesetup.exe or something similar.
4. Follow whatever prompts they give you in installing it.
5. Then open your internet browser again and access the main address
again. This time it won't give you a link to download the program, but
rather give you a dialog box to sign in.
You may get a warning stating that because the website is a numeric one, it
might not be safe. It is safe, it is just hackers use these types of
addresses, but Ned is not a hacker lol.
Maybe this will help you get on.
