Boy, it has been over 100 degrees for the past three days in Denver and in
the nineties for many days. This hot weather is sort of uncommon for
Denver, too. The humidity today, however was only something like 17 percent
so that helps a lot. My office air conditioner began to die on me today so
I had to have my son get me a new one. The new one will have a remote
control so I can switch it off and on, or change to four different speeds,
from my office desk. This makes it nicer when people come to my office for
prayer sessions. The air conditioner is mounted up high and through a wall
so it works more efficiently. I hope my son can get it installed for me
over the weekend. My old one works but only if the timper is a lot lower
than over 100 degrees. I just heard the high today, a new record for this
date, was 102 degrees. We have topped new records for the last three days.
Our normal for this time of year is 89 degrees. They claim we will have
some rain storms in the afternoon by Sunday and the high will only reach the
mid eighties. That will be nice. I don't normally give weather reports on
here but this has been so unusual for Denver, and I am bored, so I thought I
would mention it. All we need is more email on echurch, haw.
Phil.
