Consider that a lot of these workers don't have insurance through WM - the
older ones are likely to have Medicare coverage - and I'm sure that WM will
probably have a plan design that will include high deductibles with low
premiums; those who need lower deductible levels will pay much higher
premiums. This design favors younger, healthier employees.
