Kristina,

Yes, probably Candida and fructose intolerance, or
either... but i'm on veggies and meat right now. It is
weird as it took quite a while for my body to be happy
eating veggies and meat only, but now I feel best on
it, and feel miserable if I eat anything else, fruit
included. I guess looking back, i've never really been
a fruit eater. Mostly the standard american diet.

I feel bored from time to time eating this way, but I
sure feel better doing it!
