I remember reading that the Neolithic diet somehow interfered with the
leptin process. I know that leptins, which are released by adipose
cells, goes to leptin receptors in hypothalamus to help regulate
feeding behavior and hunger etc. Can anyone explain or refer me to a
reference as to how grains or beans interfere or inhibit the leptin
process? Are the lectins in G&B responsible?
Don
