I know that the mere mention of the paleo way of eating usually brings
either raised eyebrows or sneers...at least among the folks I tend to
associate with...but I was wondering if anyone here actually knows of any
person or situation which paleo wouldn't be recommended, or for whom it has
proven to be unhealthy. I think since we're all into this style of
eating/living, we take it for granted that it's healthy in all situations.

Is there any situation where paleo wouldn't be advised?

Mike W.
