Mike

This is something that hit me a while into eating paleo too. I started
eating a western diet made of paleo foods, now I eat something
approaching paleo in spirit as well as in ingredients. But everyone I
speak to thinks I'm mad- I don't eat in the day (my energy should be
low), I eat infrequently (apparently this should mess up my blood
sugar), I sleep on a full stomach (I should have digestive problems), I
don't supplement calcium (my bones should be breaking) and on and on.

Funny, though, that people either regard me as a biological freak, or
think that I will suffer in later life when my "bad diet" catches up
with me, rather than question their own sacred views on food.

Ashley
