This is such an intelligent post that I'd like to send it to some other
Lists I'm on as an exemplar of clarity and kindness.
What I would like to point out is how contradictory this is to the "it's the
calories, stupid" school of thought. Any other
views on this topic would be appreciated by me.
BTW, no one has responded to the blood pressure motive I raised. Is no one
on paleo for that reason? I am not
overweight although I did recently lose about 20 lbs. I'm a 5'7'' male, 160
lbs. I started paleo seriously only a few
weeks ago but I've been aiming "at" it for several years.
