Would someone please enlighten me on yams?  I am interested in the raw
root's protective powers (latex? poison?) and why it is or is not
considered paleo.  As a follow-up I wonder what natural roots early
humans ate and which "paleo-like" ones we can eat raw now.  Thanks!
