My cheats are mainly bread, cheese, and chips. By routine I mean that it takes a while for my cravings to subside. And it also is a battle in my mind of "this wont hurt or just this one time sort of thing". So far I have not gained any weight but I also exercise daily so this could be why but I do find myself breaking out and becoming fatigued.
