Maybe try unsubscribing and resubscribing to see if that changes anything.
The owners list is very active with people asking lots of questions.  So if
you don't get it figured out, forward me a copy of a message, I'll send it
to the people on the owners list, and somebody will know what to do.  At the
old Saint Johns, we had one guy doing everything, poor guy, but now there
are several people at the top running the thing to spread the work out.
