Yes, we all need to learn to let Jesus be the head.
I worked for a store for 15 years and separated from them in 2001.  That is,
however, still a possibility.  This way, though, I am only responsible for
myself and not to the store.  Don't know if I want that again.  If things
get bad enough that can always be an option.  A different driver could help
greatly or maybe two drivers instead of only one.

I am glad you have made a decision about the song writting, Brad.  May God
bless you in your preparation that you may do well to His glory.
