Hi Pam,
You might want to look at ZoomText, from www.aisquared.com. ZoomText is a
screen magnification program that also includes speech output. It should
help you use a lot of software on your computer. If you don't have enough
vision to use a scren magnifyer like ZoomText, you might want to look into
Jaws from www.freedomscientific.com or WindowEyes from www.gwmicro.com.
ZoomText, Jaws, and WindowEyes can be downloaded from the web as trial
versions, letting you examine the software before making a purchase. Good
