In answer to my question:
"what is the lowest level of gluten in ppm that can be detected with
current testing equipment"
I have had no answers at all.
I originally posted my question on an AD day 1st of the month - maybe
most people missed it - so I would like to ask again. Surely someone
will be able to answer.
