Someone mentioned a recipe for bread that combines tapioca, potato,
and rice flours. Could someone post the recipe(s), suitable for use
in a bread maker?
Thanks to whomever mentioned looking for these things in a Chinese
supermarket. The prices were 20 to 40% of the health food store
price. One thing I have noticed is that some packages are marked as
"flour" and others as "starch". They appear to be identical. Are
they?
