1 cup softened margarine (i like using margarine)
1 cup granulated sugar
Mix well with blender.
ADD:
1 egg
1 tsp GF vanilla
Mix well with blender.
ADD:
1 cup GF flour
1 TBS Xanathan gum
Mix well with blender.
ADD:
1 1/2 cup GF flour
1 TBS Xanathan gum
Mix well, add food color at this point if you wish. You also may
need to add a bit more flour. The dough should be heavy.
Refridgerate dough for about 20 minutes.
Put dough in press.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, sides should be light brown.
We make these every year, they come out great for us. The key is
the consistency of the dough. NEVER too thin, should be a little bit heavy.
