Hello

Has anyone tried this brand of millet?
The only ingredient listed on the packet is Millet Germ.
I definitely get a 'reaction' to it but I am not sure that it is a gluten
reaction.
I realise contamination could be an issue but my concern is that I might be
just reacting to the millet itself.
Since diagnosis (2 years ago)the only grain I eat regularly is rice, so the
idea was to get some variety into the diet. I have read that millet is a
good high protein grain so was keen to try it.

I am Australian but this is an American product

best regards
Fiona
