Free Speaker at Deby's GF Bakery and Cafe

Friday February 3rd, we have a speaker coming in at 7:00 pm.  Joyce 
Barton has active non Hodgekins Lymphoma and is surviving and thriving 
through a gf diet, exercise, and vitamin supplementation. Hear her story 
and learn how to descern hidden sources of gluten and other toxins in 
our food, how to build and strengthen your immune system and repair your 
DNA at any age, and how to incorporate healthy lifestyle changes for 
yourself and your family.  Admission is free for this event.

We are excited about this talk and hope many will turn out to benefit 
from Joyce's inspiring story.

We are planning to invite speakers on GF topics twice a month.  We will 
keep you posted on the progress of inviting speakers.
