Dear Listmates,
I just read Hal's comments about Whole Foods' gf baked goods.
We got the sandwich bread today and other than being a little dry
it was very good. The small pecan pie was good too. This was
the Jenkintown, Pa. store.

The labels say made in a plant that also has nuts, treenuts, soy,
egg and something else. Has anybody confirmed that these are
not made in a regular wheat baking facility? I thought it interesting
that "wheat" is not listed as being in the plant.

I am only a customer; I have no financial interest in this.

Paula in Pa.
