This is based on a recipe in the Weight Watcher's "Cooking for Two"
Ingredients:
Corn Tortilla
Mustard
Shredded Cheese
Sauerkraut, drained
Corned beef, chopped or diced
A little bit of diced apple, if you want it.
Brown tortilla on one side in a skillet.
Remove from skillet and with the browned side UP:
Spread mustard on the tortilla
Sprinkle cheese on the tortilla.
On one half of the tortilla:
spread the sauerkraut
top that with the apple if you use it
top that with the corned beef.
Fold in half, brown on both halves in the skillet.
