We are having troubles with a couple of Notebooks HP nx6110, From different users reports are been received that the batteries stop charging. The users are in different cities and the notebooks are not under hard work conditions.
The notebooks were sold between two and three months ago.
the provider is out of work for some days due to hurricane Wilma.
I tried to find what Hp warranty policy was regarding baterries but did not find it.
does any body know whether the battery is includede in the one year limited warranty?
