Does it like "freeze" when you go "Start" Shutdown? for if thats the problem
it could be the fact that it is trying to end tasks that havent been gotten
too... usually the result of corrupt progs or spyware progs. Do a check for
that if it you are talking about it not going off in start shutdown.
