I bought the free sample kit from Purefit after I saw the ad on the
listserv. It costs me 5 bucks for shipping + handling and I got 3 bars, all
different flavors. I must say I am extremely impressed. Not only is this a
high quality nutrition bar, it is extremely fresh. Most GF bars I've tried
fall into two categories: 1) A sweet bar that not only tastes like a candy
bar, but has the nutrition contents of one. 2) A bland tasting bar that has
an okay nutrition value, but is hard to swallow. All of the Purefit bars
manage to taste really good (they make pleasant snacks, I like the chocolate
on the best) and have a lot of protein and quality carbohydrates. To top it
all of they are all natural (Non-GMO soy, no artificial sweeteners, and no
hydrogenated oils). Well what can I say? I'm hooked. I have a busy
lifestyle, and quality nutrition bars are a great snack on the go. I can eat
them and not feel guilty. I recommend them for a GF snack, even if you
aren't into the health foods scene.
