I took an herb couse at NYU...they said to put bay leaves in grains and
in back of cabinets. Those little dried leaves keep away ALL BUGS.

An easier cure is to just keep all these grains in the freezer.
Once they have been frozen or a week or two when you take some
out for your canisters they don't grow any bugs. The Penn State
Extension told me to do this and I have not had meal moth since
I started freezing.

Thanks SO much for this somewhat amazingly simple cure for roaches and
other
critters in the cupboards. I love this celiac list; it has been a life
saver over the years!

More expensive, but whole cloves work, too. My daughter used them
while living in New York City.
Also, Tupperware was a must.
