*Protein:*
Winner: Go Easy! Protein Shake with INNER G-PLEX (chocolate). Best tasting
and easiest on the gut. My favorite is adding raisins and/or a few almonds
mixed in. (NOTE - Designer Whey mixed well but discomforting on the
stomach. NOW, although has great GF products, whey protein was really hard
on the stomach. Whole foods did not taste very good)
*Bars:*
Winner: The Natural Whole Food Bar. Says on the package they are GF and I
like both the Peanut Butter and Almond. (NOTE - Purefit was good but a bit
hard to chew and digest. I was not a fan of the Larabars).
