a hint to for those of you traveling out of country and wanting gf info.....it's easy....go to your local library or book store and check out COOKBOOKS.  You can then find out which recipes are gf.  It will gvie you a basis for ordering.

When I travel I always bring back a cookbook from that country as a sourvenir. Usually you can find a bookstore at the airmport which will have books in English.
