  I don't see a speaker connection on that page.  About all you need the
case speaker for is POST diagnostics -- maybe there's a separate speaker
connector nearby.
  I don't know how your case connects the power LED to three prongs, but it
doesn't look like that will match up either.  You can usually tell that the
system is on if you can hear the fan(s) and drives, so that's also minor.

  The HDD LED connector goes on pins 1 and 3 -- i.e., along the length of
the header, rather than across it.  There are two ways it can go on, but it
will only light up if it is the right way around.  (The wrong way can't hurt
anything, so you can safely experiment to figure out which way works.)
  The Reset goes on the next two pins, 5 and 7.  It's a simple switch, so it
doesn't matter which way around it goes.  S-Power is also a simple switch,
and goes on 6 and 8, the adjoining pins on the row closest to the edge of
the board.
