Hello All!

I've been a long time lurker/admirer who finally decided to take the plunge and join up. The Paleo
WOE always seemed the most logical to me. Now after a host of medical maladies including high
blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia, constant fatigue, etc., I figure I better get myself in
gear and get started!

My biggest obstacle to beginning my Paleodiet is that I just don't have much experience in the
kitchen. My main question is this: did anyone out there find themselves eating a limited array of
meals frequently in the beginning or does anyone do this currently? I know that eventually I'll want
to eat as diverse a menu as possible, but again at this point I'll be lucky if I can make one or two
recipes. All the fast food and SAD stuff is what g
ot me here in the first place!

Also how long does it take on average for Paleofolks to prepare their meals? What are some
preferred cooking methods? One last one: does anyone plan out meal schedules in advance?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. You guys have provided enlightening posts already.
Thanks in advance and Happy Hunting/Gathering!!

Kevin
