Hello All:

I have a question. Is there anyone out there, either yourself or
someone you know of, who is totally blind working for an answering
service? I am aware of someone who has a job interview coming up
tomorrow with an answering service. This service uses a system called
"Americom Plus." I'm assuming this is a stand alone system but I could
be wrong. What they need to be able to do is identify who is calling in
and address them by name, such as "Hello Mr. Campbell, how are you?"
My question, is anyone out there working with an answering service and
what adaptations have been made so you can identify callers? If you
are using Americom Plus, has it been adapted in any way and how?

I need a quick answer on this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please e-mail me or call me if you have any information.

Thanks,
