itunes is not very accessible to the blind.  nearly all of Apple's products 
aren't accessible, despite its promotional efforts suggesting a diverse and 
inclusive company.  Last year national Braille Press published a book on one 
end user's experience in successfully using the iPod shuffle.  also, 
adaptive technology access specialist Brian Hartgen has created JAWS scripts 
for iTunes and runs a mailing list on iTunes access.
