If you are running Windows XP, check your settings for Windows automatic
updates. Go to control panel, select system,
Go to automatic updates page,
The default is automatic, for your desktop you might want to choose the
option
(download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them).
Then tab through till you get to (apply), hit enter and your set.

Good luck,

Hi friends,

today my system restarted automatically while I was working once on word
=
document and another time when I was surfing the net.=20
is it alarming? is it a sign of danger and anticipated trouble?

my observation is that whenever I do a task very quickly at a speed with
=
which my processor probably is not equipped to handle, then this is how
=
it behaves!probably gets confused! well, I don't know what's wrong.

can anyone tell me if it is a sign of trouble?
what is it that I should do now before things go bad!

of course I am going to back up my important files ...and do tasks one =
by one and patiently...but tips and suggestions on trouble shooting are
=
invited, please!
thanks
