Here Here and bang on!
I have been trying to advocate for easier to use and more
effective access technology for over 20 years. But the big
manufacturers with their big budgetts and bigger marketing hype
don't see that idea as adding to their big bottom lines.

don't ask me what we can do about it, if I knew I'd be doing it.
